Submitting a question or recording does not book a lesson or establish an ongoing coaching arrangement.
Complimentary feedback is subject to availability. A response may suggest a starting point rather than provide a complete assessment, personalised programme, or ongoing support.
Any response timeframe stated on a form is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Before you book or purchase a service, we will provide the applicable price and relevant service terms, including scheduling, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and any refund policy.
Service-specific terms presented and accepted during booking apply to that purchase. Existing lesson agreements remain applicable to the services they cover.
Submitting an inquiry alone does not create a payment obligation.
We may contact you to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, and administer services you request or purchase.
